A genetic reconstruction test requires the participation of several individuals.
If the child’s mother is available for testing, we will need to test her, the child, and at least two close relatives* of the unavailable alleged father.
If the child’s mother is not available for testing, we will need to test the child and at least three close relatives* of the unavailable alleged father.
* Close relatives are defined as the biological parents and full siblings of the alleged father.
